2. What these sites are

They describe games we are making and let you join a waitlist. That's all. There is nothing to buy, no account to create, and no software to download. Our games are still in development, and anything we say about features, timing or availability is a current intention, not a promise.

3. Joining the waitlist

4. Using the sites properly

Please don't:

We can withdraw access or remove someone from the list if this is ignored.

5. Who owns what's here

Everything on these sites, including the words, artwork, characters, dinosaurs, game screens, logos and code, belongs to Brightlobe or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may look at the sites, and share links to them, freely. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt the content, or use our name, characters or artwork, without our written permission.

6. Links out

Where we link to someone else's site, we're not responsible for it and a link isn't an endorsement.

7. What we do and don't promise

We do our best to keep the sites accurate and available, but we provide them "as is". We don't promise they'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or that anything described will be released.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the sites.

If you are a consumer, these terms don't affect your statutory rights.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the sites means you accept the current version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
